Why can't I find my phone?

Check that the Ring my phone feature is enabled in the Connect app. Your Power Pack Micro must be within range (30 m or 100 ft) of your phone. Once in range, quickly press the Power button twice to initiate finding your phone.

My Power Pack Micro shows that it is still charging my device, but why don't I see the charge icon appear?

Under certain conditions, your phone may draw power at a very fast rate for an extended period of time, causing the Power Pack Micro to get warm. In this case, a safety feature suspends charging while the Power Pack Micro cools, and then resumes charging.

My Power Pack Micro is within range of my device, but the Connect app doesn't show that it is connected.

Reset the Power Pack Micro by turning it off (press and hold Power button) and turning it back on (press and hold Power button again).

The Connect app doesn't work with my phone.

Check that your phone has Android 4.3 or higher.

Can I find my phone or Power Pack Micro if the battery has been depleted?

Yes. The features to find your phone and Power Pack Micro work for up to one month after the battery has been depleted.
