Connections and performance

To use Chrome extension, your phone must be connected to the internet through a mobile data or Wi‑Fi connection.

For best performance, use a Wi‑Fi connection and keep Wi‑Fi on when the phone sleeps:

Go to Settings > Wi‑Fi.
Touch > Advanced > Keep Wi‑Fi on during sleep.
Touch Always.

Using Chrome extension with multiple computers

You can use Chrome extension to view notifications from one phone on multiple computers if each Chrome browser is signed into the same Google account as the phone.

To connect again:

From the Connect app on your phone, touch the Chrome extension card, then touch > Enable.
In Chrome on each computer, click to sign into Chrome extension.
