Stop phone from speaking
Some voice commands (such as ‘What's up?’ and ‘What's the weather like?’) cause your phone to speak in response.
To stop the phone from speaking temporarily, touch

To prevent your phone from speaking:
- Turn off Moto Voice. Touch
> Moto. Then touch 
> Voice and uncheck Launch phrase. - Turn off Google speech output. Touch > Google Settings. Then touch Search & Now > Voice > Speech output.
