To record your device screen:

1. Connect phone with RSA using USB cable.
2. On the Toolbox tab, click Screen Recorder.
3. In RSA click to switch the Device Help app to record mode.
4. In the Device Help app, set the recording options, then touch to start recording.
5. To stop or pause recording, swipe down the RSA notification on your device and touch to pause or to end recording.

Recordings are saved on your phone.

RSA uses the Mobile Assistant app to record if the current version of the Device Help app is not available on your phone.

To record your device screen:

1. Connect phone with RSA using USB cable.
2. On the Toolbox tab, click Screen Recorder.
3. In RSA click to launch the Mobile Assistant app on your phone in record mode.

4. In the Mobile Assistant app, do any of the following:

   • To change recording settings, touch .
   • To start recording, touch

5. To stop or pause recording, do one of the following:

   • In RSA, click to switch to the Mobile Assistant app, then touch to pause or to end recording.
   • On your phone, swipe down the RSA notification and touch to pause or to end recording.
6. In the Screen Recorder window, select the videos you want to save, click Export, then specify a location to save them.
