The TurboPower Pack charges the phone battery faster when phone battery is low. The charge rate slows as charging progresses or phone temperature increases. When your TurboPower Pack is empty, it should take about 20 minutes to charge it to 50%. The charging rate slows as charging progresses.

If Efficiency - more battery mode is on, switch to Turbo - faster charging mode.

1. Remove the TurboPower Pack and clean the contacts.
