Fix a problem

Turning wrist or touching screen doesn't turn on screen

  • On your phone, open the Android Wear app, touch > Moto 360, then turn on Tilt to wake screen.
  • If Theater mode is on, press the Power button to turn off Theater mode.

Watch isn't responsive

  • If Theater mode is on, press the Power button to turn it off Theater mode.
  • Restart your watch by holding down the Power button for 30 seconds until it turns back on.
  • Watch battery may be completely dead and needs to be charged. Allow your watch to charge for 15 minutes, then try to turn it on.

App notifications not showing up on watch

Try the following:

  1. On your phone, open the Android Wear app, touch .
  2. Touch Block app notifications.
  3. To unblock an app, touch the “X” next to its name.

Watch won’t connect with my phone

If you see on your watch, it's not connected.

  • Check that your phone is running Android 4.3 or later.
  • Make sure your phone is next to your watch.
  • Check that Bluetooth is on, or turn Bluetooth off and on.
  • Check that your phone is connected to the Internet. Try opening a website on your phone, such as www.motorola.com to make sure you are connected.
  • Restart your watch by holding down the Power button until it turns back on.

Google Now cards not showing up on watch

  • You can see Google Now cards on Android Wear if you have Google Now on your Android phone.
  • Confirm that the watch is connected with the phone.
