Keep the subject of your photo in focus and blur the surrounding scene as little or much as you like.

1. On the viewfinder, touch > Portrait.
2. For best results, stay within 1.5 meters (5 feet) of your subject. It's best if there are no objects between you and your subject.
3. Move the focus ring to your subject.

4. Increase or decrease blur surrounding the subject.

   

5. Touch .

   on the photo or its thumbnail means you can edit these effects post-capture.

6. If desired, edit the photo to increase or decrease blur, or enhance color and light.

Take a photo with the background removed, then edit it to add a new one.

1. On the viewfinder, touch > Cutout.
2. Frame your subject and hold the phone steady.

3. Touch to take the photo. Wait a moment while the background is removed.

   on the photo or its thumbnail means the background is replaceable.

4. Edit the photo to change the background.
