Hazardous Substance Declaration (India)

Motorola is aware of the India G.S.R 338(E), namely India e-Waste (Management) Rules 2022, and the requirement in the India RoHS that, as of March, 2016, electronic and electrical products traded on the India market must meet permissible content limits for some toxic chemicals. Pursuant to the requirements of India RoHS, we understand the permissible content limits of the restricted substances by weight in homogeneous materials are as follows: Lead 0.1%, Mercury 0.1%, Hexavalent Chromium (VI) 0.1%, Polybrominated Biphenyls 0.1%, Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers 0.1%, Cadmium 0.01%. Motorola Mobility LLC phones and electrical accessories manufactured by or on behalf of Motorola are designed with the India RoHS requirements in mind. They are tested to monitor their continuing compliance with the India RoHS requirements and we record and maintain the compliance test results as part of the Motorola Quality Assurance program. In accordance with the above, Motorola confirms that Motorola Mobility LLC phones and electrical accessories shipped are compliant with the India e-Waste (Management) Rules 2022.
