To care for your product, please observe the following:
- Do not use your wired charger in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 45°C (113°F)
- Do not store or transport your wired charger in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 60°C (140°F)
- Do not use your wireless charger in temperatures below -10°C (14°F) or above 40°C (104°F). Do not store or transport your wireless chargers in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
- Do not expose your product to dust, dirt, sand, food, or similar materials
- Do not drop, disassemble, puncture, crush or expose your product to fire
- Do not drop your product or expose it to strong vibration.
- To help protect your product, always make sure that any available connectors are secure, and avoid carrying it with hard objects such as keys or coins.
- Do not place any object between the device and the wireless charger. A magnetic support, protective case, metallic item, or an object containing an NFC or RFID chip such as a room card, bus card, bank card, or passport between the phone and the wireless charger may prevent the phone from charging properly, induce additional heat, or damage the object.
