Stop using the product with a damaged charging port, bent pins, or other damage. In the event of a damaged charger, turn off the power to the outlet to avoid any electrical hazard. Then remove the damaged charger and dispose of it responsibly.

For the fastest and safest charging, we recommend using Motorola-approved cables (may be sold separately). If a third-party cable is used, it should be capable of handling the power requirements specified for the charger. PD chargers should only be used with a PD compatible cable. QC chargers should only be used with a QC compatible cable.
Always plug your product into a power outlet that is near the equipment and easily accessible.
