1. Check connection:

   1. Remove speaker and clean contacts.
   2. Re-attach and recheck the sound.

2. Reset speaker:

   1. Remove speaker.
   2. Press and hold the battery status button for several seconds, until the light blinks green.
   3. Re-attach and recheck the sound.

3. Restart phone.
