Remove your SIM card and reinsert it as follows:
Manually set the access point:
Touch
> Reset to default.
Set up an access point with these values:
Name: jionet
APN: jionet
APN type: default, supl, or xcap
Contact your service provider for access point settings, which are specific to your region.
Use the Phone app to make the call. Don't use apps downloaded from My JIO to make calls.
