Customise the AI key

About the AI key

You can choose what the AI key does:

Press and hold it to open the Moto AI prompt bar.
Press it twice to use Update me or Take notes.

Choose what happens when you press and hold

Go to Settings > Gestures > AI key.
Tap Press and hold.
Set how the gesture works:
- If you want it to open the prompt bar, select Moto AI.
- If you don't want it to do anything, select No action.
To adjust how long you need to press and hold to open the prompt bar, move Press and hold duration.

Choose what happens when you double-press

Go to Settings > Gestures > AI key.
Tap Double-press.
Set how the gesture works:
- Select a Moto AI action.
- Or, choose No action to turn off the gesture.
