The Ambient display setting wakes the phone to show content on your lock screen when notifications arrive.
TipMoto Display also lets you
preview notifications. It uses very little power and includes a handy
gesture; when your phone is black, reach for your phone to see notifications. You cannot use Ambient display and Moto Display at the same time.
To adjust Ambient display:
- Go to Settings > Display > Ambient display.
- Turn Ambient display on or off.
