Listen to FM radio
You can listen to your favorite FM radio stations. AM stations are not supported.
Plug earphones (any brand) into your phone. They serve as a radio antenna.
TipYou can listen to the radio with a Bluetooth wireless speaker or wireless headset. But leave the earphones plugged in as the antenna.- Touch
> FM Radio. - On the All Stations tab, touch a station to listen to it. When you open the app for the first time, touch Rescan to locate available stations.
Do any of the following:
- To add a station to your favorites, touch
. Later, you can easily play the station again from the Favorites tab. - To open a full-screen player, swipe the station name up. From the full-screen player, you can scan for stations by touching

. You can also tune to specific frequencies by dragging the tuner pin to the appropriate number. - To switch from the full-screen player to a mini player, swipe down or touch
. - To listen to the radio while using another app, touch
.

- To mute the radio, touch
. This turns off the transceiver to save power.

. This turns off the transceiver to save power.TipIf you're having reception issues, try moving your phone as far from the headset as possible to increase the size of the antenna. Or, try moving a short distance, towards a window if you are inside or away from buildings if you are outside. Also, check Store to confirm that you are using the latest version of FM Radio.
If you travel between countries, you’ll need to adjust the radio region. Touch 
> Change radio region and select a country. Then touch > Scan.
