Make video calls with Hangouts

Send instant messages to your Google contacts, or turn your chat into a video call. Open Google Hangouts™ and let the fun begin.

To start a video call or instant message:

1. Touch > Hangouts.
2. Swipe the screen left and touch a contact name.

3. Do any of the following:

   • Type a message and touch .
   • To start a video call, touch .
