Add email signature

To add a signature automatically to the end of emails you send:

  1. Touch > Email.
  2. Touch > Settings.
  3. Select the account.
  4. Touch Signature and edit the text you want to appear at the end of every email.
TipTo add a signature for a Gmail account, go to Gmail on a computer, click the gear in the top right, then select Settings.
