If you use Gmail, use the Gmail app with your Google account. For other types of email accounts, including web-based email services, email providers, or corporate Microsoft Exchange accounts, you use the Email app.
You can set up multiple email accounts and use the Email app to show messages from a single account or a combined view of multiple accounts.
For most email accounts, that's all you need to do. But, if that isn't successful, you'll need to contact your email provider to get this information:

If you use Microsoft Office Outlook on your work computer, your phone can synchronize emails, calendar events, and contacts with the Microsoft Exchange server. Before you start, you'll need the following information from your company's IT department:
To set up corporate email:
