Tap & pay with your phone

When NFC is turned on, you can use Tap & pay to pay for items just by touching your phone to a reader at a checkout register.

If your phone doesn’t have a payment app, you can browse Play Store for payment apps.

To manage your apps for Tap & pay:

  1. Go to Settings > Tap & pay.
  2. Touch an app to make it your default payment app.
NoteThis feature manages payment apps. Tap & pay doesn’t apply to Android Beam and won’t include certain apps, such as money transfer apps.
