Find photos and videos

Gallery groups your photos and videos to make them easy to locate. The first time you open Gallery, it shows the Camera roll.

To change views in the Gallery app:

1. From the left edge of the screen, swipe right to open the menu. Or touch the view name at the top of the screen (such as Camera roll).

2. Touch the view you want:

   • Camera roll: view photos and videos captured on your phone.
   • Timeline: view all by date. See highlights from your photos and videos.
   • Albums: View all by type. You'll see albums for screenshots, downloads and third-party media apps.
3. Touch a thumbnail to open an album, photo or video.
