Sort and filter contacts
You can sort your contacts by first name or last name. On the 
tab, you can also filter contacts; by default, all contacts from all your accounts are shown. You can narrow your view to include contacts from just one account, one group or a custom set of contacts. And for quick access to that small group of people you connect to the most, use the 
tab.
Change order of display
- Touch
> 
. - Touch
> Settings. - Select the way to sort contacts (first or last name).
Narrow which contacts are shown
- On the tab, touch > Contacts to display.
Choose one:
- To show contacts from only one account, touch the account.
- To show subsets of contacts from various accounts, touch Customise and select which contacts to show from each account. Then touch OK.
Restore full view of all contacts
- On the tab, touch > Contacts to display.
- Touch All contacts.
Clear FREQUENTLY CONTACTED list
On the tab, touch > Clear frequents.
