Here are solutions to issues that can occur when migrating content.
If on the new phone you see a scan screen instead of a QR code, do the following:

> Settings.A ! symbol in the migration report indicates that some of your content did not transfer successfully. Try migrating again, which will migrate only content that did not transfer before.
You may not own a licence to play some protected content on your new phone. Different phone manufacturers support different levels of DRM (digital rights management).
If the older phone has more content than your new phone can store Motorola Migrate will transfer everything it can and then let you know what was transferred.
Motorola Migrate does not transfer apps.
To restore apps, do one of the following:
