If you're having trouble with your phone, try rebooting it. And if all else fails, reset it.
If your phone becomes unresponsive, you can reboot it by pressing and holding the Power button for 7-10 seconds.
Issues such as apps crashing, unexpected reboots or fast battery drain could be caused by a third-party app. To check if this is the case, start your phone in safe mode, which temporarily disables any third-party apps you installed.
To reboot in safe mode:

The last resort is to erase all data on your phone and bring it back to out-of-the-box condition.
