Adjust phone settings

The settings for your phone are in one central location, so you can easily customize any aspect of your phone.

To adjust all settings:

  1. Swipe the status bar down with two fingers.

    This opens quick settings, easy access to a few commonly-used settings.

  2. Touch  Settings to see all settings.

  3. Touch a setting to select your preferences. Settings are organized by type:

    • WIRELESS & NETWORKS: Manage network and data connections. Also, monitor or limit data usage. Use toggles to quickly turn on/off Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth.
    • DEVICE: Customize the display, sounds, and options for notifications and voice commands. Also, manage storage options and check battery usage.
    • PERSONAL: Manage security, location access, language and input options, and privacy settings.
    • ACCOUNTS: Manage and sync your accounts.
    • SYSTEM: Manage basic functions, including date and time settings, and accessibility. Also, check information about the phone, including the phone number, IMEI number, Wi‑Fi MAC address, and system version.

You can also adjust many of these settings by touching in an app.
