Sort and filter contacts

You can sort your contacts by first name or last name. You can also filter contacts on the People tab; by default, all contacts from all your accounts are shown. You can narrow your view to include contacts from just one account, one group, or a custom set of contacts.

Change order of display

  1. Touch > .
  2. Touch > Settings.
  3. Select the way to sort contacts (first or last name).

Narrow which contacts are shown

  1. On the tab, touch > Contacts to display.

  2. Choose one:

    • To show contacts only from a single account, touch the account.
    • To show subsets of contacts from various accounts, touch Customize and select the groups of contacts to show from each account.
  3. Touch OK.

Restore full view of all contacts

  1. On the tab, touch > Contacts to display.
  2. Touch All contacts.
