Set up quick responses

If you have some responses or phrases that you constantly use in emails, set them up once and then just insert with three quick touches.

Set up phrases

  1. Touch > Email .
  2. Touch > Settings.
  3. Select the account.
  4. Touch Quick responses.
  5. Touch Create new and enter the text you want to reuse.

To delete a quick response, touch next to it.

Insert a phrase

  1. Begin composing an email.
  2. In the text area, touch > Insert quick response.
  3. Touch the phrase to insert.
