Sort and filter contacts
You can sort your contacts by first name or last name. On the ALL CONTACTS tab, you can also filter contacts; by default, all contacts from all your accounts are shown. You can narrow your view to include contacts from just one account, one group, or a custom set of contacts. And for quick access to that small group of people you connect to the most, use the FAVORITES tab.
Change order of display
- Touch

> Settings. - Select the way to sort contacts (first or last name).
Narrow which contacts are shown
- On the ALL CONTACTS tab, touch > Contacts to display.
Choose one:
- To show contacts from only one account, touch the account.
- To show subsets of contacts from various accounts, touch Customize and select which contacts to show from each account. Then touch OK.
Restore full view of all contacts
- On the ALL CONTACTS tab, touch > Contacts to display.
- Touch All contacts.
Clear FREQUENTLY CONTACTED list
On the FAVORITES tab, touch > Clear frequents.
