View and manage email attachments
When you receive an attachment, it appears at the end of the email.
Attachments download automatically over Wi-Fi for immediate viewing. They do not save automatically to your phone.
View attachments
To save or view an attachment, touch the Attachment tab, then touch SAVE or VIEW.
Save attachments
To save an attachment, in the email touch 
> Save. If you do not see this option, open the attachment and touch or 
and look for options.
To view saved attachments later, from the home screen, touch 
> Downloads.
TipTo delete attachments you saved, use the Downloads app too.
Prevent previews
Attached photos or videos appears as thumbnails, showing a preview.
To see a generic thumbnail instead of a preview thumbnail until you open the file:
- Touch
> Settings, then touch the account name. - Under Download attachments, uncheck Auto-download attachments to recent messages via Wi-Fi.
