To open email from a notification, swipe the status bar down and touch the notification:

• A single message notification opens the message directly.
• A multiple message notification opens the email list; touch a message to open it.

When you dismiss a notification and want to view email later, from the Home screen, touch > Email.

Swipe to the end of the email to see all options:

• To reply to the sender only, touch .
• To reply to the sender and all recipients, touch > Reply all.
• To forward an email, touch > Forward.

1. Touch > Email > .

2. Enter the recipient and your message.

   TipIf you have responses or phrases that you use frequently, set them up as quick responses.

3. Optionally:

   • To copy someone on the email, touch > Add Cc/Bcc.
   • To add an attachment, touch .
4. Touch SEND.

To delete an open email, touch .

To delete multiple emails, go to your email list, touch & hold each message to delete, then touch .

You can also remove email accounts from your phone.

Use email list gesture actions to easily and quickly organise your email list by swiping messages left or right.

To define gestures:

1. From your email list, touch > Settings.
2. Touch General > Email list gestures.
3. Touch Right-to-left action and select the desired action.
4. Touch Left-to-right action and select the desired action.
