Manage SD card

Move existing media from internal storage to SD card

  1. Go to Settings and touch Storage.
  2. Touch Move media.
  3. Check the boxes for types of media to move (pictures, movies, music).
  4. Touch Move.
TipYou can set the camera to store all new photos and videos on the SD card.

Remove SD card

  1. Go to Settings and touch Storage.
  2. Touch Unmount SD card. It's now safe to remove the phone's back cover and take out the card.

Erase SD card

  1. Go to Settings and touch Storage.
  2. Touch Erase SD card.
  3. Confirm your PIN or Password.
  4. Touch Erase everything.
