Transfer stuff from your old phone

If you used Verizon Cloud on your old phone, copying your contacts, messages, and photos from your old phone to your new one is easy.

If your old phone was an Android device and you saved your contacts, photos, music, and apps to your Google account, then everything is available from your new phone when you sign in to that Google account.

Copy contacts, messages, photos

On your old phone:

  1. Touch > Cloud.
  2. Follow the onscreen instructions to copy content from this phone.

On your new phone:

  1. Touch > Cloud.
  2. Touch > Tools.
  3. Touch Content Transfer > Copy content TO this phone.

Copy your Play Store apps

  1. On your old phone, back up your apps and settings to your Google account.
  2. On your new phone, add your Google account.
