1. Turn your phone upside down, and put your fingernail in the notch on the bottom corner.

   

2. Pry off the cover. Don’t be afraid to use a little muscle.

   

After removing the cover, insert or remove cards as needed:

1. To insert a SIM, slide it into the SIM slot with gold contacts facing down.

   

   If your phone supports dual SIMs:

   

2. To insert an SD card, slide the SD card into the slot on top of the SIM.

   

   If your phone supports dual SIMs:

When two SIMs are inserted, you see at the top of the home screen. If you see , troubleshoot the issue.

To remove SIM 1, slide the lever on the side of the slot. To remove SIM 2, push it from the other side of the slot.

Snap the cover on.
